II. Technical specification:
1. Material;
The whole tank body use SUS-304 stainless steel plate. All the welds have been aestivated Ra¡Ü1.0um. Meet GB/T1031(neq ISO 468: 1982)
2. Structure:
Refrigerated bulk milk tanks and the assistant equipment have strong framework to satisfy the transport and installation requirements. It also have CIP clearance function.
3. Inner shell:
The rated volume of inner tank is 95% of the maximum volume. All inner tank angle <2.36 rad(135 degree) is more than 25mm arc transition. Other welds joint are ¡Ý6mm. The tank has semi-clearance function. Inner tank use one time pressing way arc radius 36mm. Surface is free from crack & pits.
4. Outer shell:
The outer tank shell have bright and shinning surface. Water proof.
5. Insulation layer:
Whole polyurethane bubbling thickness 70mm. Insulation ability whining 24 hours¡Ü2
6. Agitation system:

The agitation system can protect the milk from contamination. CIP clearance can make sure the clearing effect of agitator. The seal of agitator is water & contamination proof. There is no risk of over brim while the milk volume is 100% rated volume. And make sure the temperature stay unanimous within 2 minutes.

III. Compressor system:
Adoption Copland flexible turbinate compressor.
Air cooling type.
Evaporator adopt advanced double area evaporator plate, bottow low temperature and side high temperature, It can prevent part freezing. So our special design overcome the leakage and prolong the life time of evaporator.
Condensing flake distance: 2.1_2mm, hole distance: 25mm, line distance: 22mm

Electric appliance:

1. Use micro computer monitor, press control. Voltage overload protection/current protection/overload protection/phase lack/phase mistake/compressor auto-stop protection
2. Auto Alarm device.
3. Water proof and wrong-operation protect function.
4. Agitator auto/manual control function.
5. Auto /manual cooling control.
6. Semi-CIP device
7. After set start and stop temperature of compressor. Compressor auto work

Cooling time of milk:
The nomal cooling time from 35 degree to 4 degree is less than the stipulate time of ISO5708-1983. One time fulfill milk from 35 degree to 4 degree less than 4.5 hours.
